This position is located at the Arleta DMV Field Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Arleta DMV Field Office is seeking an enthusiastic and independent team player with a positive attitude for public contact and customer service. The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to create a positive image of courtesy, respect, and professionalism; complete work assignments independently within established timeframes with only general direction and/or minimal supervision; conduct driving performance evaluations to determine whether examinees possess the minimum level of skills and knowledge required to operate a motor vehicle; administer and score vision tests and general knowledge examinations; and perform other related duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to adapt to changing work assignments; verbal and written communications skills; interpersonal skills; mathematical and cashiering skills; and dependable and reliable.
  • The position(s) require(s) a valid California Drivers License (CDL). You must answer the questions addressing your CDL on your application.
  • Ensure you provide your CDL number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements and/or restrictions.
  • The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
  • The position(s) require(s) Medical Clearance prior to being hired.
