Job Description:

  • To work with Head of Payments & Liquidity Management in developing the PLM business in line with the overall business plan.
  • To manage and take end to end responsibility for the cash business for Large Corporates and to meet / exceed sales, goals and targets.
  • Responsible for revenue growth from CASA balances and Fees from Corporate Investment Banking Clients by cross selling full suite of cash management products, with the primary aim to increase wallet share and product penetration.
  • Overall responsibility to ensure efficient operation of the PLM business including non-financial related activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tax, legislation, marketing and pricing issues for all structured solutions and branded offerings
  • Ensure completion of all paperwork for deal activation
  • Execute sales by product, solution and service, in achievements of the monthly, yearly set sales targets
  • Preparation of strategy and business sales plan for business products.
  • Develop a strong pipeline, monitor activity and assure accomplishment with target dates of each step of the cycle
  • Help track product MIS
  • Prepare and deliver proper documentation for each step of the sales cycle (product presentation, product proposal, service contract, etc.)
  • Annual market sizing, updating of transactional flows and shares of customer wallet
  • Build a long term customer base in Cash Management
  • Provide new market leads
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell cash management products and continuously increase number of products per customer
  • Parameterize product deliverable and pricing
  • Coordinate efforts with RMs within CIBG business divisions
  • Provide regular market feedback to improve quality, performance and competitiveness
  • Increase market share and share of wallet of existing customers
  • Analyze customer data and processes to recommend cash management solution
  • Define goals and targets on concrete revenues coming from fees and float through the commercialization of cash management products
  • Execute and develop Business relationship with customers to achieve set business targets
  • Coordinate activities, define plan and execute based on account planning exercise
  • Identification, structuring and conversion of business opportunities in the market in coordination with CIBG and GTB business Units
  • Coordinate and conduct Deal Review Process
  • Stay abreast of competitor capabilities and track customer needs on an ongoing basis

Qualification & Experience:
